Took three full days off from physical activity, and one morning at kung fu just destroyed my right shoulder all over again. I've now been browbeaten into taking more time off (probably at least a week) like I had to do when I screwed up my back. After doing research I think the problem may be my rotater cuff. So once it starts getting a little less painful I have some physical therapy exercises I can do that should help. At least they did the last time I screwed up my rotater cuff.

Just super depressed about the whole thing. I hate being injured. I'm terrified I'm going to backslide and lose all the progress I've made on being physically fit.

Oh honey! I hope you start feeling better soon. Injuries are so frustrating. When I hurt my foot, I thought it best not to run on it, and I was out of actual for like 3 weeks. And then when I was healed... well, let's just say I'm STILL not running in any sort of regimen. Just listen to what your body is telling you, give yourself time to recover, and try not to get too frustrated. *hugs*

stay strong rachael. The better you heal, the faster you will be back to full health. and just work on nutrition while you have to cut back a bit on activity. and walking is ok. sorry for the no caps. lazy.
